We are an active duty military family stationed overseas and wanted to purchase another investment property. As you can imagine this is a big undertaking while living in a foreign country (Southeast Asia) considering the opposite time difference and amount of trust we’d need to place in someone who would advocate for us, look at properties for us, have a wealth of knowledge and be able to get the job done. Jenn was just that and more! Let me explain. Communication is an absolute, and my standards are high in this regard, especially for this specific situation. There were times we’d wake up to texts and emails with a timeline of what went down and what needed done. She kept everyone in line including us, our loan officer, and property manager. She took the initiative to arrange meetings and facilitated all coordination to achieve our goal. Even at times when it was probably not the most convenient for her due to the time difference, she did it for us. Her communication was elite and everything I needed. Jenn was incredible in every way. She looked at a number of properties for us, kept us accountable and worked tirelessly to attain us a prime property. Honestly, she was so good she ended up being the driver of the whole operation. She really listened to us, which allowed her to act as if she were us. This sounds odd but there were many times we were so in sync it felt like she replaced her brain with mine and operated as I would have as if I were there myself. This was a dream come true! THIS made the whole thing a lot less stressful. Jenn surpassed our expectations and we are incredibly lucky to have been referred to her by a trusted source, I can see why! I would 110% recommend Jenn and her top notch customer service, skills and knowledge to anyone. We will be going back to her down the road, no doubt. We got way more than we anticipated from her.
